If you're driving, start from Kegalle town. Head east on the A1 highway. After approximately 10 km, turn left onto the B28 road towards Ihala Kotte. Continue on this road for about 6 km until you reach the village of Ihala Kotte. Look for the signs directing you to Meeyan Ella Waterfall. There is a small parking area near the entrance to the waterfall trail.
