If you are driving from Kilinochchi town, head south on A9 (Kandy-Jaffna Highway). After approximately 40 kilometers, you will reach the junction near Elephant Pass. Continue straight on A9 for another 20 kilometers until you reach the Dhanushkodi turn-off. Follow the signs towards Dhanushkodi, and after about 10 kilometers, you will arrive at the Telescope View Point. There is usually no entry fee, but parking may have a small charge depending on the area.

From Kilinochchi, take a bus heading towards Jaffna. Ask the driver to drop you off at Elephant Pass. From there, you can catch a local bus or a tuk-tuk to Dhanushkodi.
