If you are driving, start at Matara town center. Head east on Matara-Beliatta Road (A2) towards Mirissa. After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach Mirissa. Look for signs to Coconut Tree Hill. Once you reach the main beach area of Mirissa, turn left onto the Mirissa - Weligama Road. Follow this road until you see signs for Coconut Tree Hill, which will be on your right. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Coconut Tree Hill by public transport, head to the Matara bus station. Take a bus heading to Mirissa (buses are frequent and the journey takes about 30 minutes). Once you arrive in Mirissa, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, walk towards the beach and turn left onto the Mirissa - Weligama Road. Keep an eye out for signs to Coconut Tree Hill; it is a short walk from the bus stop, approximately 10-15 minutes.
