    If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Matara. Head southeast on Matara Rd (A2) towards Mirissa. Continue on Matara Rd for about 8 km. As you approach Mirissa, look for signs pointing to Hadurugewatta and Bandaramulla. Once you reach Hadurugewatta, keep an eye out for Turtle Point, which is located on the right side of the road. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared for a small fee, typically around 100 LKR, depending on the location.

  • Public Transportation - Bus

    For those using public transportation, head to the Matara bus station. Look for a bus heading to Mirissa; these buses run frequently throughout the day. The fare is typically around 30 LKR. Once you reach Mirissa, get off at the stop for Hadurugewatta. From there, you can either walk (about 1 km) or take a tuk-tuk for around 150 LKR to Turtle Point, which is located on Matara Rd.

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a tuk-tuk from any area in Matara. Simply tell the driver 'Turtle Point' or 'Hadurugewatta, Bandaramulla.'
