Car
If you are driving from Matara town, head east on the A2 road towards Deniyaya. Continue on the A2 for approximately 14 kilometers. Once you reach Deniyaya, follow the signs towards Patna. After about 5 kilometers on the Deniyaya-Patna road, you will see signs for Patna View Point. There is a small parking area available near the viewpoint.
Public Transportation
To reach Patna View Point via public transport, take a bus from Matara bus station heading to Deniyaya. The fare is approximately 50 LKR. Once you arrive at Deniyaya, you can either take a tuk-tuk (around 500 LKR) for the remaining 5 kilometers to Patna View Point or check for local buses or shared vans heading that direction. If you choose to take a tuk-tuk, be sure to negotiate the fare before the journey.
