Walking
From the Matara bus station, exit and head east on Matara Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Beach Road. Turn left onto Beach Road and follow it for about 1.5 kilometers. Keep walking until you see the signs for Jungle Beach on your right.
Tuk-Tuk
Find a tuk-tuk near the Matara bus station. Tell the driver to take you to Jungle Beach. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. You'll pass through some scenic areas, and you can enjoy the view along the way. The driver will drop you off at the entrance to the beach.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Matara. Start from the Matara bus station and head east on Matara Road. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto Beach Road. Continue cycling for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the sign for Jungle Beach on your right. There’s a small path leading down to the beach.
