    Walking

    From the Matara Clock Tower, head south along the Galle Road (A2). Walk for about 3 kilometers, passing local shops and eateries. You will see the sign for Unawatuna Beach on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the beach area.

    Tuk-Tuk

    Find a tuk-tuk stand near the Matara Clock Tower. Negotiate the fare to Unawatuna Beach, which should be around 300-400 LKR. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Inform the driver to drop you at Unawatuna Beach.

    Bus

    Head to the Matara Bus Station and look for a bus heading towards Galle. Confirm with the conductor that the bus stops at Unawatuna. The fare is typically around 30-50 LKR. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you reach Unawatuna, disembark at the beach area.
