My driver had an extraordinarily safe driving style, was immensely kind, and had an incredible eye for spotting animals and hidden gems all along the way. The safari in Udawalawe National Park was another absolute highlight. The seamless cooperation between my driver and the safari guide was fantastic. The guide was exceptionally knowledgeable, spotting even the smallest details and animals while making a conscious effort to navigate away from the crowds so we could enjoy peaceful, exclusive moments. Both of them went above and beyond to make this journey unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and passion made all the difference. Comfortable new tuktuk with upgraded seat. Safe and relaxed driving. Whe turtle watching part seemed mindful of the turtles, but I still encourage visitors to be extra careful of the sweet turtles. Typically a few turtles come to the shore to lay eggs, but it's nature, so bo guarantees. Expect to see one in careful red light. And expect some waiting time in the beach process.

2 fantastic weeks with Jude and Saman

We spent two weeks criss-crossing Sri Lanka with Jude and then his business partner Saman. We had a fantastic time thanks to a good mix of planning and off the beaten tracks visits and activities, whether found by us or recommended by them. They are knowledgeable (eg best Ayurvedic massages ever...) , very reactive to our requests, fun to be with, good photographers. As importantly they both are great drivers, absolutely crucial to enjoy daily road trips in a country where driving is an art more than a skill...
