If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Moneragala town and head southeast on the B41 road towards Badalkumbura. Continue on this road for about 25 kilometers until you reach Badalkumbura. Once you arrive in Badalkumbura, look for the sign for Pareiyan Ella Falls which will direct you to the R6XQ+W2V area. Drive along the B35 road, and you will find the entrance to the falls after a short drive. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rural roads as the last stretch may be unpaved.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Moneragala to Badalkumbura. There are several buses available throughout the day, and the journey takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive at Badalkumbura, you will need to hire a tuk-tuk or a local taxi to take you to the Pareiyan Ella Falls. The tuk-tuk ride will cost around 300-500 LKR depending on negotiation. Make sure to ask the driver to take you to the waterfall entrance located near the R6XQ+W2V area.
