If you are in the central area of Negombo, start at St. Mary's Church. From there, head east on St. Mary's Road until you reach the main road, Negombo - Colombo Road (A3). Turn left and walk towards the beach. Continue straight on this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the beach area. At the beachfront, turn right and follow the coastline. You will soon see Marina Promenade ahead.

You can easily find a tuk-tuk at any popular spot in Negombo. Just tell the driver you want to go to Marina Promenade in Port City Colombo. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will likely take you along the A3 road towards Colombo, and you'll arrive at Marina Promenade, which is located by the waterfront.
