Tuk-tuk
From your current location in Negombo, you can easily find a tuk-tuk by going to the main road. Simply wave your hand or ask a nearby local to help you find one. Once inside the tuk-tuk, tell the driver you want to go to 'Nelum Pokuna Theatre' at 110 Ananda Coomaraswamy Mawatha, Colombo. The ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. The driver will know the best route, and you can relax and enjoy the views of the Sri Lankan countryside on your way.

Bus
To reach Nelum Pokuna Theatre by bus, head to the nearest bus stop in Negombo. Look for buses heading to Colombo; the 'Colombo Fort' bus is a good option. Make sure to ask the bus conductor to let you know when you reach the stop for Ananda Coomaraswamy Mawatha. The bus ride will take around 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you get off, walk towards Ananda Coomaraswamy Mawatha, and you will find the theatre a short walk away.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, start at the Negombo Beach area and head towards the main road. From there, you could walk towards the Negombo bus station and follow the directions for bus guidance above. However, please note that walking directly to Colombo from Negombo is not practical due to the distance (approximately 37 km) and may take several hours. It’s advisable to use a tuk-tuk or a bus for this journey.
