If you are starting from Negombo Beach, head east on Lewis Place towards the main road (Colombo - Negombo Main Road). Turn right onto the main road and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating the way to Rukmani Devi Park. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit and continue straight for another 500 meters until you see the entrance to Rukmani Devi Park on your left.

Tuk-Tuk
From any central location in Negombo, simply hail a tuk-tuk and tell the driver 'Rukmani Devi Park.' Most drivers are familiar with it. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. You will be dropped off right outside the park entrance, making it very convenient.
