Kandy to Ella Tour by Car with Scenic Train Ride from Nanu Oya
Best trip from Kandy to Ella
Our ride started at our hotel, pick up was organised easily and the driver was well on time. On our way to Nanu Oya Station we stopped at an amazing waterfall and went for a hike. We also visited a tea factory and got a tour around the factory as well as a tea tasting. Thereafter we continued to Nanu Oya station. Our driver Sampath was the best! Such a nice and funny guy, explaining a lot of interesting facts, always making sure you feel well and bought Avocados and local food for us on our way to Nanu Oya. At Nanu Oya station he organised the tickets and when the train arrived he was waiting at the entrance door for 15min to open so he could save us the best seats on the train! And it worked! So glad we had him! It was an amazing trip, we can highly recommend it.

The trip was super fun. Shan was very kind and showed us a lot. I learned a lot from this because he could tell us a lot. Very nice guy! He is a good driver and listens to our wishes, and he knows the best restaurants. He has made it an unforgettable journey for us. He also recorded all this because he has a passion for photography. He is a nature lover so we have seen many animals.
