If you are driving from the town of Puttalam, head north on the A12 highway towards the town of Eluwankulama. After approximately 20 kilometers, take the exit towards Eluwankulama. Continue straight on the B396 road and look for the sign indicating the Baobab Tree. The tree is located at the coordinates 8.3237125, 79.8452459, which is just off the B396 road.
