    If you're driving, start from Ratnapura town and head south on the A4 road towards Wewelwatte. After approximately 8 kilometers, you will see signs for Ratnapura-Wewelwatte Road. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach Dehena Waterfall. Look for parking on the roadside near the waterfall entrance. Be cautious as the road can be narrow in some areas.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Dehena Waterfall using public transport, take a bus from Ratnapura bus station heading towards Wewelwatte. Buses are frequent and the fare should be around 50 LKR. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Dehena. The bus will drop you off near the entrance of the waterfall. From there, a short walk of about 10-15 minutes along the Ratnapura-Wewelwatte Road will lead you directly to the waterfall.
