From the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, head south towards the main road. Once you reach the Maradankadawala-Habarana-Thirukkondaiadimadu Hwy, turn left. Continue walking along the highway for approximately 11 kilometers. You will pass through small villages and scenic landscapes along the way. Keep an eye out for local signposts directing you towards Polonnaruwa. Vejayanta Pasada will be on your right side, easily recognizable by its distinct architecture.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Sigiriya. Start your journey from the Sigiriya entrance and cycle towards the Maradankadawala-Habarana-Thirukkondaiadimadu Hwy. After about 2 kilometers, take a right turn onto the highway. Continue straight for around 9 kilometers, enjoying the surrounding countryside. Vejayanta Pasada will be on your right. Make sure to keep hydrated and take breaks as needed.
