Getting There

    If you are starting from the Polonnaruwa Ancient City entrance, head east along the main road (Anuradhapura Road) towards the town center. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the Wewaldeniya Road. Turn right onto Wewaldeniya Road and walk for approximately 600 meters until you see the sign for the Northern Gate (උතුරු දොරටුව).
