Car
If you are driving from Badulla, take the A5 road towards Lunuwatte. After approximately 20 kilometers, turn onto the B23 road. Continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach Lunuwatte. Follow the signs to Mana Ella, which is located about 2 kilometers off the main road. There is a small parking area available near the waterfall.
Public Transportation
From Badulla, take a bus heading towards Lunuwatte. The journey will take around 30-45 minutes and cost approximately 50 LKR. Once you arrive in Lunuwatte, you can either walk to Mana Ella, which is about 2 kilometers away, or hire a tuk-tuk for about 300 LKR to take you directly to the waterfall.
Tuk-Tuk
If you prefer a more private mode of transportation, you can hire a tuk-tuk from any local area in Uva Province. Negotiate the fare beforehand; typically, the cost from Badulla to Mana Ella will be around 1,000 LKR. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes, and your driver can drop you off at the entrance of the waterfall.
