Getting there

Bus

From Nuwara Eliya town, walk to the bus station located near the Post Office. Look for buses heading to Kuruwita. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and costs around 100 LKR. Once you arrive in Kuruwita, you can ask the locals for directions to Bopath Falls, which is about 2 km away from the bus stand.

Tuk-tuk

After arriving at the Kuruwita bus stand, find a tuk-tuk or three-wheeler waiting nearby. Negotiate a fare (approximately 300-500 LKR) and ask the driver to take you directly to Bopath Falls. The ride should take about 10 minutes.

Walking

If you prefer to walk from Kuruwita, head southeast from the bus stand onto the main road. Follow the HiggasHena - Devipahala Road for about 2 km. Look for signs directing you to Bopath Falls along the way. The walk will take roughly 25-30 minutes, and you can enjoy the scenic views along the route.
