If you're driving from Galle, take the A2 road towards Colombo. After reaching the town of Neluwa, follow the signs to Doowili Ella Falls. The falls are approximately 10 km from the Neluwa town center. You will need to take the B32 road. Keep an eye out for local signage directing you to the falls. There is a small parking area available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
From Galle, take a bus heading towards Neluwa. The bus ride will take about 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Neluwa, you can take a tuk-tuk (three-wheeler) to Doowili Ella Falls, which is about 10 km away. The tuk-tuk fare should be around 500-700 LKR. Confirm the price before starting your journey. Depending on the weather and road conditions, the tuk-tuk ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes.

If you are already in Neluwa and prefer to walk, you can trek to Doowili Ella Falls from the town. The trail is scenic but may be steep in parts. Ensure you wear suitable footwear and carry water. The walk is about 2-3 hours depending on your pace.
