Continue on C89 for approximately 3 kilometers. Thissamaharamaya will be located on your left side. Ensure to pay attention to the local signage to confirm your destination.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Yala National Park, take a local bus towards Kataragama. Buses are frequent and should be easily accessible from the park's entrance. Once you reach the Kataragama bus terminal, you can either walk or take a tuk-tuk (which costs around 100-200 LKR) to reach C89. Walk towards C89 for about 3 kilometers until you find Thissamaharamaya on your left. Make sure to confirm your drop-off point with the bus conductor.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a tuk-tuk from any location within Yala National Park. The fare to Kataragama will be approximately 1,500-2,000 LKR. Once you arrive in Kataragama, instruct the driver to take you to C89. The driver should be familiar with Thissamaharamaya, but it's advisable to show them the location on a map for clarity. The journey should take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
