If you are driving from Paramaribo, head southwest on the A1 road towards the Saramacca District. Continue for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach the intersection near Kabelstation. From there, follow the signs towards Brownsberg. You will need to take a dirt road leading to the park entrance, which is about 15 kilometers off the main road. Be prepared for rough terrain and make sure your vehicle is suitable for off-road conditions. Parking is available at the entrance, but ensure to check for any parking fees.

For those using public transportation, take a minibus from Paramaribo to the Saramacca District. The minibuses leave from the central bus station and will take you to Kabelstation. Once you arrive in Kabelstation, you may need to hire a taxi or local driver to take you to the Brownsberg entrance, as public transport may not be directly available to the park. It’s advisable to negotiate a fare beforehand; expect to pay around 50-100 SRD for the taxi ride. Keep in mind that the taxi may wait for you while you explore Brownsberg.
