Take a local bus from the central bus station in Saramacca District heading towards the Saramacca River. The bus fare is approximately 5 SRD (Surinamese Dollar). Inform the driver that you want to stop at the Saramacca River. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you reach your stop, you may need to walk a short distance to the riverbank.
