Car
If you are driving, start from Östersund city center. Head east on Storgatan toward Prästgatan. Continue onto Jämtlandsgatan, then follow signs for E14. Merge onto E14 and drive for approximately 10 km. Take the exit toward Torvalla and continue onto Torvallavägen. The entrance to Torvalla Forest Reserve will be on your right after about 1 km. There is free parking available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
From Östersund, take bus number 8 (direction Torvalla) from Östersund Bus Station. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. Disembark at the Torvalla stop. From the bus stop, walk approximately 1 km along Torvallavägen toward the forest reserve entrance. Make sure to check the local bus schedule for the latest times, as services may vary on weekends and holidays.

If you are staying nearby or have taken public transportation, you can walk to Torvalla Forest Reserve. From central Östersund, walk east along Storgatan, then take Jämtlandsgatan towards E14. Follow the signs to Torvalla, and it will take about 30-40 minutes on foot to reach the reserve entrance.
