From Linköping Central Station, take bus number 4 towards 'Ryd'. The bus departs frequently, approximately every 15 minutes. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Vallaskogen' stop. From the bus stop, follow the signs that lead into Vallaskogen Nature Reserve, which is a short walk of about 5 minutes.

If you are starting from the city center, head towards Stora Torget (the main square). From there, walk south on Tullgatan for about 1 kilometer until you reach Kungsängen, then turn left onto Tekniska verken. Follow this road until you see the signs for Vallaskogen. The total walking distance from the center is about 2 kilometers and takes approximately 25 minutes.

Rent a bicycle from one of the bike rental services in Linköping. Once you have your bike, head towards the nearest bike path leading south from the city center.
