From the city center of Luleå, head to the nearest bus stop, which is usually located near Storgatan or the main square (Torgatan). Look for bus number 10, which heads towards Svartö. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. After approximately 15-20 minutes, disembark at the 'Svartö' bus stop. From there, walk along Svartövägen for about 10 minutes. Lulsundskanalen will be on your left, and you'll see the entrance to the hiking area. Follow the signs leading to the canal.

If you are in the Luleå city center, you can take a leisurely walk to Lulsundskanalen. Start at Storgatan and head towards the coast. Walk along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the views of the Luleå archipelago. Continue walking north until you reach Svartövägen. Turn left onto Svartövägen and follow it for about 1.5 kilometers. Lulsundskanalen will be on your left side, marked by signs for the hiking area.
