The on-site Kullagret shop stocks unique souvenirs, science toys, experiments, books, and posters celebrating northern tech. A café serves weekday lunches (11:00–13:00), kid-sized portions, snacks, and coffee throughout opening hours. Free lockers, restrooms with changing tables, and wheelchair loans ensure comfort. Ramps, elevators (90cm doors), and hearing loops make it inclusive, with quieter Thursdays and Fridays ideal for sensitive visitors.
