Today, the club maintains the grounds, operates a seasonal café—open when the flag flies—and channels all proceeds to charity. This grassroots effort preserves the island's maritime echoes, including remnants of its pilot station era guiding ships through foggy waters.

Fire pits dot the landscape, stocked daily with firewood by the municipality, inviting barbecues and warmth against Arctic chills. The café dispenses hearty comforts: steaming coffee, hot chocolate, waffles, and hot dogs, fueling adventures on the ice.
