Drive from Laxå via E20 then 20 km gravel roads to main entrance parking; 30-45 minutes, free parking but limited spaces fill early; sturdy vehicle advised for rough sections.
Train + Transfer
Train to Laxå station from Stockholm (2.5 hours) or Gothenburg (3 hours), then taxi or pre-booked shuttle 40 minutes to park; taxi 800-1200 SEK one-way, book ahead as service infrequent.
Bus
Bus from Örebro or Karlsborg to Laxå, then local bus or hitch to park entrance; total 1.5-2.5 hours depending on connections, 100-200 SEK, runs 4-6 times daily but check seasonal schedules.
Bicycle
Cycle from Karlsborg along RV195 then park roads, 25-35 km on mixed paved/gravel; 2-3 hours for fit riders, bike racks at visitor center but demanding uphill terrain.
