Start your journey from Örebro Central Station. Take bus number 5 towards 'Ekeby' from the bus terminal outside the station. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Gamla Hjälmarvägen'. From the bus stop, walk approximately 500 meters along Gamla Hjälmarvägen. You will see the entrance to Ekeby ekhage naturreservat on your left. Follow the signs to the nature reserve.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Örebro. Start from the city center and head east towards Gamla Hjälmarvägen. The route is approximately 4 kilometers and takes about 15 minutes. Follow the bike lanes along the main roads. As you approach Gamla Hjälmarvägen, look for signs indicating the entrance to Ekeby ekhage naturreservat. Lock your bike at the entrance.

If you prefer to walk, begin your journey from the city center of Örebro. Head east towards Gamla Hjälmarvägen. The distance is around 3.5 kilometers and will take approximately 45 minutes. Walk along the roads and look for pedestrian paths. Once you reach Gamla Hjälmarvägen, continue until you find the entrance to Ekeby ekhage naturreservat on your left.
