Ten sculptures punctuate the route at deliberate intervals, each crafted to harmonize with its surroundings rather than dominate. These works, from abstract forms shielding intimate spaces to rain-inspired pieces evoking the å's whimsy, encourage multi-sensory encounters. One installation near the industrial start feels organically screened by natural elements, blurring boundaries between art, path, and waterway.Luxpaviljongen, a compact house for temporary exhibitions, serves as a focal point midway, its modern lines contrasting the organic flow. A permanent light artwork illuminates the å during evenings, casting ethereal glows that transform the trail after dusk.

From Industrial Echoes to Natural Haven

Originating near E18/E20 thoroughfares in a former industrial zone, the promenade shifts seamlessly into verdant parks and heritage green areas. This transition mirrors Örebro's layered history, where factory silhouettes give way to Lillån's nurturing presence. The path suits both contemplative strolls and brisk cycles, with smooth surfaces accommodating casual exploration.As it nears its end at Naturens Hus within Oset-Rynningeviken nature reserve, the atmosphere grows wilder—birdsong intensifies, and broader vistas open toward protected wetlands. Here, the trail embodies the vision of integrating art into non-traditional settings, merging city and countryside.
