Car
If you're driving, start from the center of Södermanland and head towards Strängnäs. Follow the E20 highway towards Strängnäs. Take the exit towards Strängnäs and continue on Road 55. Follow the signs to Kvarngatan. Once you reach Kvarngatan, park in one of the nearby public parking areas, and the windmill will be a short walk away at Kvarngatan 11, 645 30 Strängnäs.
Public Transportation
For public transportation, take a train from Stockholm or other major towns in Södermanland to Strängnäs station. The journey from Stockholm takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Strängnäs station, exit the station and walk towards the bus terminal. Catch bus number 301 or 302, which will take you to the Kvarngatan stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Strängnäs Windmill located at Kvarngatan 11. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, consider biking to Strängnäs Windmill. There are designated cycling paths throughout Södermanland. Starting from Södertälje, follow the cycling path along the canal and then connect to the path leading to Strängnäs. Once in Strängnäs, navigate to Kvarngatan 11. There are bike racks available near the windmill for parking.
