Once in the city, navigate to Västermalmsgatan, then turn onto Skogsbacken, which leads directly to the Årby nature reserve entrance. There is free parking available near the entrance.

To reach Årby nature reserve by public transport, take a train to Eskilstuna central station. From the station, you can take bus number 1 (line 1 towards Årby) or bus number 2 (line 2 towards Fröslunda). The bus ride takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Årby bus stop, and from there, it is a short walk to the nature reserve entrance.
