From any location in the Stockholm Archipelago, head towards the mainland and follow signs for Stockholm. Once you reach the city, follow the signs to Djurgården, where Skansen is located. Drive along Strandvägen, then turn onto Djurgårdsvägen. Continue straight until you reach Sollidsbacken. Oktorp Farmstead is situated within Skansen, so look for parking signs for Skansen and park your vehicle in the designated parking area. Note that parking fees may apply, so ensure you have some Swedish Krona available.

If you are taking public transportation, start by locating the nearest ferry terminal in the Stockholm Archipelago. Board a ferry heading towards Stockholm. Once you arrive at the city, take the metro (T-bana) from Slussen station to Kungsträdgården station. From there, you can catch tram number 7 towards Djurgården. Get off at the final stop, which is Skansen. The Oktorp Farmstead is a short walk from the tram stop.
