If you're in central Stockholm, take the T-Centralen metro station. From there, take the Blue Line (Tunnelbana) towards Kungsträdgården. After 4 stops, get off at Karlaplan station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs pointing towards Karlaplan park. The park is just a short walk away.
Bus
