Metro
If you are at T-Centralen (the central metro station), take the green line (Line 19 or 17) towards Skarpnäck or Fruängen. Get off at the next stop, Skanstull. From Skanstull station, exit and walk towards the large roundabout. Continue straight on Södermalmsallén, which will lead you to Nytorget in about 10 minutes.
Bus
If you are near the city center, locate a bus stop for line 3 (towards Fridhemsplan) or line 53 (towards Norrmalmstorg). Board the bus and get off at the Nytorget stop. Once you get off the bus, you will be right at Nytorget.
Walking
If you are close to Gamla Stan (Old Town), you can take a pleasant walk to Nytorget. Head towards Slussen and walk across the Slussen bridge. Once across, follow the signs to Södermalm. Continue walking straight along Södermalmstorg and then take a left onto Nytorgsgatan. Walk for about 15-20 minutes until you reach Nytorget.
Tram
If you are near the tram stops at Nybroplan, take tram line 7 towards Lidingö. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop called 'Skanstull.' From there, walk straight along Södermalmsallén for about 10 minutes until you arrive at Nytorget.
