Diners select from 15 savory and five dessert options, designed as shareable 'middle dishes' rather than traditional mains. Highlights include fresh sashimi customizable with sauces, generous tasting menus like omakase, and inventive plates such as lobster tacos, Wagyu beef, ox cheek, and arctic char.
