From Ascona, walk to the Ascona Posta bus stop located at Piazza G. Motta. Take the PostBus line 311 towards Maggia. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Maggia, Posta' stop. From there, walk along Via Campii for about 10 minutes until you reach Cascata del Salto, located at Via Campii 24.

Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Ascona. Head east on Via della Libertà towards the lake, then follow the lakeside path north until you reach the junction with Via Cantonale. Turn onto Via Cantonale and continue towards Maggia. Follow the signs to Cascata del Salto, which is approximately 5 km from Ascona and takes about 20 minutes by bike.
