Car
From Locarno, drive north on the SS390 towards the Val Maggia. Continue for about 12 kilometers. Once you reach the village of Maggia, follow the signs towards 'Valle Maggia' and park in the designated areas near the entrance of the ravine.
Public Transportation
From Locarno, take the bus number 31 towards Maggia. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Maggia, Posta' stop. From there, walk towards the entrance of Valle Maggia, which is clearly marked and only a short distance away.
Walking
If you are staying in Maggia, you can easily walk to Valle Maggia. Head towards the main road and follow the signs for Valle Maggia. It's about a 20-minute walk from the center of Maggia.
