Walking

From the center of Ascona, head east on Strada di Maggia towards Piazza Giuseppe Motta. Continue straight until you reach the end of the square, where you will see the lake on your left. Turn left onto the lakeside promenade (Lungolago) and walk alongside the lake, enjoying the view. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach a junction. At the junction, turn right onto Via delle Scuole. Follow this road as it winds uphill. After about 10 minutes, you will see a sign for Fondazione Monte Verità. Continue straight up Strada Collina for another 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the main entrance of Fondazione Monte Verità at Str. Collina 84.
Public Transport (Bus)

From Ascona's main bus station (Posta), take Bus Line 1 towards 'Losone, Posta'. Get off at the stop 'Ascona, Monte Verità'. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Once you disembark, follow the signs that lead you down the path to Fondazione Monte Verità. It is a short walk of about 5 minutes uphill to reach the main entrance at Str. Collina 84.
