Walking
If you are starting from the center of Ascona, head towards the lakefront promenade, also known as Lungolago. Walk along the promenade until you reach the end, where you will see the beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Borgo. Turn left onto Via Borgo and follow the road as it curves slightly. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Via dei Fiori. At this point, you will need to take a right onto Via dei Fiori. Continue straight on Via dei Fiori until you reach the church, which will be on your left at Via Santa Maria della Misericordia. The church is marked clearly and has a distinctive architectural style.

Public Transportation
From the Ascona's main bus station, take the local bus that heads towards the Ascona city center. Get off at the stop called 'Ascona, Piazza'. From there, exit the bus and head towards the lakefront. Walk along the promenade towards Lungolago. Once you reach the promenade, continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via Borgo. Turn left onto Via Borgo and follow it until you reach Via dei Fiori. Turn right onto Via dei Fiori, and keep walking straight. Santa Maria della Misericordia will be on your left at Via Santa Maria della Misericordia.
