Tram
If you are starting from the Basel SBB train station, head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Look for tram lines 10 and 11, which both go towards 'Messeplatz'. Board either tram and enjoy a short ride. After approximately 10 minutes, disembark at the 'Messeplatz' stop. Once you exit the tram, you will see the Messeplatz directly in front of you.
Walking
If you are in the city center, you can easily walk to Messeplatz. From the Marktplatz, head south along Spalentorstrasse. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Messeplatz. It should take approximately 20 minutes to reach your destination on foot. As you walk, keep an eye out for the large exhibition halls of Messe Basel, which will be visible as you approach.
Bus
If you are near the Kunstmuseum Basel, walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Kunstmuseum'. From there, take bus line 36 towards 'Kannenfeldpark'. After about 5 minutes, get off at the 'Messeplatz' stop. You will find Messeplatz just a short walk away from the bus stop.
