If you are in central Basel, head to the nearest tram stop. You can take tram line 10 towards 'Riehen, Grenze' or tram line 8 towards 'Kaiseraugst'. Get off at the stop 'Zoo', which is the stop closest to Zoo Basel. From the tram stop, it is just a short 5-minute walk to the entrance. Just follow the signs pointing towards the zoo, and you'll see it on your left.
