Walking
If you are starting from the Bern Main Station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the city center by following the signs to Bahnhofplatz. From Bahnhofplatz, walk straight along Bahnhofstrasse, which will take you towards Wabern. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the Zytglogge clock tower. Continue past the Zytglogge, and then take a right onto Kramgasse. Follow Kramgasse until you reach the intersection with Marktgasse. Turn left onto Marktgasse, and Käfigturm will be on your left at Marktgasse 67.

Public Transport
From Bern Main Station, take tram line 9 or 10 in the direction of Gümligen or Ittigen and get off at the 'Zytglogge' stop. From there, walk towards the Zytglogge clock tower, then turn left onto Kramgasse. Continue along Kramgasse until the intersection with Marktgasse. Turn left onto Marktgasse, and Käfigturm will be located at Marktgasse 67.
