From Bern's main train station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), take a direct train to Murten. You can find the train schedule on the SBB website or at the station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to get off at Murten station.

Once you arrive at Murten station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Bahnhofstrasse). Turn right and walk straight for about 10 minutes. Follow the signs towards Lake Murten. You will reach the lakefront where you can enjoy the beautiful views.

Alternatively, from Bern Hauptbahnhof, you can take bus line 10 towards 'Muri bei Bern' and transfer at the 'Murten' stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to the lake. Follow the signs towards the lakefront.
