Tram
To reach Nydeggbrücke, start by finding your nearest tram station in Bern. If you are at the main station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 9 towards Gümmenen. Stay on the tram for about 10 minutes, and get off at the stop called 'Zytglogge'. From there, transfer to tram line 6, heading towards 'Ostring'. After approximately 4 stops, get off at 'Nydeggasse'. From the tram stop, walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the Nydeggbrücke bridge, which will be visible ahead.
Bus
If you prefer taking the bus, you can start from Bern Hauptbahnhof. Take bus line 10 towards 'Wankdorf Bahnhof'. After 5 stops, get off at 'Nydeggasse'. From the bus stop, walk in the direction of the river for about 7 minutes, and you will arrive at Nydeggbrücke.
Walking
If you enjoy walking, you can stroll from the city center to Nydeggbrücke. Start at the Zytglogge clock tower and head south towards the Aare River. Walk along the riverbank for about 20 minutes. As you approach Nydeggbrücke, you will see the bridge ahead. It's a lovely walk with scenic views along the river.
