Getting There

Walking

If you are at the main train station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the city center. Walk straight along Bahnhofplatz until you reach the intersection with Kramgasse, where you'll see the famous Zytglogge clock tower. From there, continue walking down Kramgasse, a beautiful street lined with shops and cafes. After about 10 minutes, you will arrive at the Bundesplatz. From Bundesplatz, turn left onto Marktgasse. The Schützenbrunnen fountain will be located on your right-hand side after a short walk.
Tram

From Bern Hauptbahnhof, take tram number 9 (in the direction of Wabern) or tram number 7 (in the direction of Gümligen). Get off at the stop called Zytglogge, which is about a 5-minute ride. From the tram stop, walk down Kramgasse towards the Bundesplatz and then turn left onto Marktgasse. The Schützenbrunnen fountain will be on your right after a short walk.
Bus

If you are near the bus stop at Bern Hauptbahnhof, you can take bus number 11 (towards Ostermundigen). Get off at the stop called Zytglogge. From there, walk towards Kramgasse and head straight down the street. Continue until you reach Bundesplatz, then turn left onto Marktgasse. The Schützenbrunnen fountain will be located a few minutes ahead on your right.
