If you're near the Bern Main Station (Bern HB), take tram line 9 towards 'Grosser Muristalden' and get off at the 'Bundesplatz' stop. From there, the Parliament Building (Bundeshaus) is just a short walk away. Head straight down the street and cross the road at the pedestrian crossing; the building will be on your right.
