  • Boat

    From Lucerne, make your way to the Lucerne boat dock located near the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). Look for signs directing to the lake. Purchase a ticket for the boat heading towards Weggis. The journey offers stunning views of Lake Lucerne and surrounding mountains, and takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Weggis, disembark and follow the signs towards the Rigi Kaltbad gondola station, which is about a 10-minute walk uphill from the dock.

  • Train and Cable Car

    Start at Lucerne railway station (Bahnhof). Take a train towards Arth-Goldau. The train ride is about 30 minutes. At Arth-Goldau, transfer to the Rigi-Bahn train that takes you up to Rigi Kulm. Get off at Rigi Kaltbad station. From the station, it’s just a short walk to the Rigi Kaltbad area where you can enjoy the scenic views and facilities.

  • Bus

    From Lucerne, walk to the nearest bus stop (e.g., 'Bahnhof') and take bus number 1 towards 'Weggis'. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you reach Weggis, get off at the 'Weggis, Post' stop. From there, head towards the lake and follow the signs for the cable car station to Rigi Kaltbad, which is a short walk away.
