From the city center, head to the nearest tram stop, 'Gare Cornavin'. Take Tram Line 18 towards 'CERN'. The tram ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the 'CERN' tram stop. From there, it's a short walk to the main entrance of CERN, located at Espl. des Particules 1.

Start at 'Gare Cornavin' bus station and take Bus Line 23 towards 'Jardin Botanique'. After about 30 minutes, get off at 'CERN'. The entrance is a short walk from the bus stop. Follow signs for visitors to reach the main entrance at Espl. des Particules 1.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the bike-sharing stations in the city. Take the route along the Rhône river towards the 'Route de Meyrin' and follow signs for 'CERN'. The ride should take approximately 30 minutes, and there are bike racks available at CERN.

Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from 'Gare Cornavin'. Head south towards the Rhône River and follow the riverbank until you reach the 'Pont de la Machine'. Cross the bridge and continue along 'Route de Meyrin'. This will be a longer walk of about 1 hour, but it offers scenic views.
